Khasi HillsCloaked in natural beauty, Khasi Hills are a part of the Garo-Khasi range in the north eastern state Meghalaya. It is also a part of the Patkai range and of the Meghalaya subtropical forests eco-region. This region is occupied by Khasi tribes of Meghalaya, which are traditionally in various chieftainships, petty states known as the Khasi Hill States.
